Our client company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to execute the planning, coordination, facilitation and oversight of labor management, employment, compensation and benefits in compliance with various state and federal laws for multiple union and non-union manufacturing facilities.

You must be willing to:

• Represent the Company as Chief Negotiator in Collective Bargaining, in final step of grievance procedures preceding referral to arbitration, in mediation/arbitration proceeding

• Promote/maintain optimum labor-management relations

• Train plant level HR employees in human resource policy/procedures

• Provide direct or indirect oversight of new hire orientations/employee relations/employee file maintenance

• Maintain current knowledge of benefit changes in legal interpretations of federal and state regulations.

• Coordinate annual Wage/Benefit review process at non-union plants

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• BA/BS in HR or related field (MS preferred)


• Prior recruiting experience using an ATS

• Current and extensive 1st Chair Union contract negotiation experience

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
