Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift
This role focuses on assembling mechanical components on a production line. Assemblers use a variety of hand and power tools, along with precise tape measure readings, to build and fit parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies for ambulances on a production line according to specifications and work instructions.
Use basic hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, sockets, and pliers, to fit, fasten, and secure parts.
Operate basic power tools, such as power drills, to drill, fasten, and assemble vehicle components safely and efficiently.
Measure and mark materials accurately using a tape measure on a daily basis to ensure proper fit and alignment of components.
Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment focused on custom ambulance production. The facility can be hot at times and cooler in the winter, and the team works to meet firm deadlines to ensure vehicles are completed and delivered on schedule. The culture is laid back and collaborative, yet the work is held to high standards of precision and perfection due to the custom nature of each build. You will regularly use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures at your workstation and move around the production floor as needed to complete assemblies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grove City, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
