Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
1–2 years of recent tractor-trailer (CMV) experience, or Completion of a company-approved CDL training program

As a Professional Driver, you will begin your career with a structured training program led by a Professional Driver Trainer (PDT), gaining hands-on experience with company standards, safety practices, and DOT regulations.
Upon successful completion of training, you will be responsible for delivering products safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Compensation and Bonus
Hourly pay: $30/hour
$5,000 retention bonus after 180 days of continuous employment
Requirements: no preventable accidents, perfect attendance, and no safety violations

Schedule and Shift
Typical schedules (bid routes):
5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (may extend later)
12:00 AM – 12:00 PM (may start earlier)
Start and end times may vary based on business needs
Flexibility with scheduling is required
Drivers support both shuttle runs and outbound store deliveries
Key Responsibilities
Operate commercial motor vehicles (tractor-trailers, semi-trucks, box trucks) safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
Transport and deliver products to customers (3–10 stops per day)
Load and unload freight, including temperature-sensitive goods
Inspect and document equipment to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
Provide professional customer service during deliveries
Follow all company policies and federal safety regulations
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid DOT medical certification
1–2 years of recent tractor-trailer (CMV) experience, or
Completion of a company-approved CDL training program
Ability to meet all DOT and FMCSR requirements
Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
