Pay is dependent on experience ($22 to $29 an hour)
4:00pm to 2:30am Monday through Thursday)

What You’ll Do
As a Press Brake Operator, you will set up and run high-tonnage machinery to form custom steel parts that meet tight tolerances and strict quality standards.
Machine Setup & Operation
Independently set up, adjust, and operate press brakes with high precision and efficiency.
Read and interpret blueprints, understand GD&T symbols, and form parts exactly to spec.
Adjust back gauges, tooling, and machine parameters to optimize production.
Quality Assurance & Detail
Utilize calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges to inspect your first-piece and in-process parts.
Complete necessary documentation to ensure zero-defect production and eliminate rework.
Catch variances early and make proactive machine corrections.
Teamwork & Ownership
Work independently while collaborating seamlessly with Material Handlers and Welders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Take pride in your output and step up to mentor or train others as needed.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2+ years of dedicated BRAKE PRESS type machine operation experience IS REQUIRED.
Technical Savvy: High proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting GD&T, and applying solid shop math.
Precision Focus: A proven track record of tight-tolerance inspection and strict attention to detail.
Reliability & Drive: A strong work ethic, great situational awareness, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
