Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shifts Available!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous forklift operating experience preferred

Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment

Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and production documents

Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Ability to maintain records and complete production documentation

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs occasionally

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Duties:

Safely operate forklifts to move, store, and deliver materials throughout the facility

Complete daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Stage materials for production and ensure stock is available for machine operators

Remove finished goods from production lines and store them in designated locations

Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock locations in both physical and computer systems

Complete inventory, production, safety, and quality documentation accurately

Support production flow by ensuring materials are delivered efficiently and on schedule

Assist fellow forklift operators and provide backup support for shipping operations as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
