Procurement Specialist (Mandarin)

Job Responsibilities:

The Specialist will assist the department and all its procurement activities

Responsible for documentation and coordination between teams of different cultures

Will handle interdepartmental communication

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies and

monitoring administrative projects

Inventory of office supplies and distribution

Contract Management

Source for new suppliers or vendor

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business

Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Must have good communication and excellent interpersonal skills

Personable, Flexible, trainable and can work with minimum supervision

Responsible, self -motivated, smart and friendly

Familiar with all places in Metro Manila

Mandarin speaking is required; with pleasing personality
