Lab Technician

Job Description

Must-Haves:

1+ year of warehouse experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to safety and adherence to warehouse protocols

OSHA 10 certification

Forklift certification with hands-on experience

Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Plusses:

Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced warehouse environment

Familiarity with inventory systems or RF scanners

Previous experience in a contract-to-hire role

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Day-to-Day:

Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

Follow OSHA and company safety requirements at all times

Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management

Collaborate with team members to meet daily throughput goals
