Front-End Developer (Vue 3 / Pinia / Cesium)

Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance Required Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in Vue 3, Pinia, and Cesium to build and enhance mission-critical geospatial web applications for secure government programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience developing modern, high-performance user interfaces, integrating geospatial visualization capabilities, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Vue 3.

Build scalable state management solutions using Pinia.

Develop interactive 2D/3D geospatial visualizations using Cesium.

Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Optimize application performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and system engineers to deliver secure, production-ready applications.

Required Skills:

Active TS/SCI Clearance.

8–12 years of front-end software development experience.

Strong proficiency in Vue 3, Pinia, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

Hands-on experience with CesiumJS for geospatial and 3D visualization.

Experience consuming RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end development practices.

Experience with Git, npm/yarn, Vite, and front-end build tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience with geospatial technologies such as GeoJSON, WMS/WFS, or OpenLayers.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience integrating authentication using OAuth2 or JWT.

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Java Spring Boot or Node.js.

Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
