Accelerator Program Analyst
The Accelerator Program Analyst supports Ohio State's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem by coordinating student programs, facilitating ideation experiences, and managing accelerator operations. This role works on projects of moderate scope and complexity, applying general industry knowledge and professional experience to deliver high-quality programming. The Analyst receives general guidance from senior staff and may receive more detailed instruction when supporting new initiatives. Work is reviewed for sound reasoning, accuracy, and alignment with established program parameters. Some evening and weekend hours are required; when these occur, flexibility in normal working hours is provided.

Experiential curriculum design and facilitation — Ability to create hands-on learning experiences that build creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Customer discovery and problem identification — Supports students in early-stage venture exploration using established frameworks.
Event and speaker coordination — Capable of managing logistics and communication for events of moderate complexity.
Cross-campus collaboration — Builds productive relationships with faculty, colleges, and university partners.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2 years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field.
2 years' experience working with startup companies and founders.
Experience facilitating workshops or courses.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends, with flexibility in normal working hours when these occur.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years' experience working with startup companies and founders.

The target hiring range for this job profile is $58,700-$75,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
