Shift Details
Training will be conducted on 1st shift.
Second Shift: MondayThursday, 2:20 PM12:20 AM (+$1.00 shift differential).
What Youll Do
Operate flexographic printing presses efficiently and safely.
Review production schedules and coordinate with the Scheduler or Supervisor on job priorities.
Ensure proper machine setup, tear-down, and line clearance for each run.
Monitor press performance and product quality throughout the job.
Troubleshoot press issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA and lockout/tagout protocols.
Maintain accurate production reporting using scanners and computer systems.
Work closely with team members on the line to ensure quality and efficiency.
Assist with process improvements and meet customer quality expectations.
Maintain a clean, organized work area.
What Were Looking For
3+ years of press operating experience.
Strong knowledge of printing presses and related equipment.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and instructions.
Solid understanding of production processes and quality control.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Good math and reading skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Forklift operation skills a plus (training available).
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
