Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Trenchless Sewer Lining Technician to join our team.
This role is responsible for rehabilitating sewer lines using trenchless technologies such as cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities Perform trenchless sewer repairs using CIPP lining systems Assist with sewer inspections using camera equipment Clean and prep pipelines Measure, cut, and install liner materials accurately Operate and monitor curing process Conduct post-install inspections and quality checks Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition Follow all safety procedures Communicate clearly with team members and customers on job progress Qualifications 1–3+ years of plumbing, drain cleaning, or trenchless experience preferred Experience with CIPP lining strongly preferred (will train the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or confined spaces Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred (Not Required) CDL license Experience with sewer camera inspections OSHA safety certifications Knowledge of plumbing codes and underground systems Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Training and certification opportunities in trenchless technologies Health, dental, vision and 401k benefits Career advancement into crew lead Work Environment Field-based role (residential, commercial, and municipal job sites) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment May require early mornings, occasional weekends, or emergency service calls Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
