Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, impartial Mediator to facilitate the resolution of disputes through confidential and voluntary mediation. The ideal candidate will help parties communicate effectively, identify issues, and reach mutually acceptable agreements while maintaining neutrality and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Psychology, Conflict Resolution, or a related field.

* Mediation certification or equivalent training preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution, or a related role.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

* Ability to remain impartial, ethical, and professional in all situations.

* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
