The Role & Landscape: You will be stepping into a highly visible technical position serving as a core driver for system efficiency and modernization.

- Core Objective: Administer and support the Mainframe System Automation product suite (Broadcom OPS/MVS) to ensure zero-downtime delivery.

- Technical Impact: Actively analyze day-to-day operations to design, script, and deploy automation solutions that eliminate repetitive, standardized manual processes.

- Production Excellence: Provide elite-level production support and troubleshooting for complex IBMz Mainframe systems, ensuring all global standards and best practices are strictly maintained.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with key business and technical stakeholders to map out requirements and deliver customized automation tools at the pace the business demands.

What We Are Looking For:

- Mainframe Mastery: Deep, proven experience in the Mainframe System Automation space.

- Product Expertise: Extensive hands-on commercial experience with Broadcom’s OPS/MVS product.

- Coding & Scripting: Strong capability to code and script complex automation using the OPS/REXX programming language.

- Enterprise Architecture: A solid conceptual understanding of GDPS (Geographically Dispersed Parallel Sysplex) in a live production environment is highly preferred.

- Process Driven: A firm grasp of ITIL methodologies, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

- Professionalism: The ability to work completely independently with minimal supervision, backed by exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
