Handover issues or requests from AP to EU or EU to NALA Digital Quality Team

Service Reviews and Scorecarding

Application Maintenance Processes (Token and certificate renewals, database schema changes, access reviews and clean up)

Performing tests for applications (running test scripts, reviewing results, documenting and sharing of results with developers)
