HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in multifamily property maintenance and be capable of performing HVAC service, HVAC installation, general maintenance repairs, and apartment turns.

Requirements:

EPA/HVAC Certification (required)

Proven experience installing, replacing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential HVAC systems

Minimum 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred

Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs

Ability to troubleshoot and complete work orders efficiently

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Responsibilities:

Install, replace, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including condensers, air handlers, package units, thermostats, and related components

Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies)

Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and other general maintenance repairs

Conduct preventive maintenance throughout the property

Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
