Schedule: 3x12 night shifts; every other weekend minimum; floating required across multiple ICU units based on staffing needs and patient acuity

Highlights:

Float across diverse critical care environments including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, CVICU, and more

Work with a high-acuity patient population at a large academic medical center with 900+ daily census

Utilize EPIC charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more

36-hour orientation period to support onboarding and unit familiarization

2:1 patient ratio across all shifts; exposure to complex cases including transplants (kidney, liver, lung, heart)

Convenient parking options available with 24/7 access

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required

Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)

Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (mandatory)

Proficiency with EPIC EMR system

Competency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management

Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred

Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program

Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)

Willingness to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
