We are looking for dependable Rubber Press Operators to help produce rubber seals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in manufacturing, learn new skills, and grow with a company that values hard work and teamwork.
Shift Schedule
1st Shift: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:15 PM 1:45 AM
With ability to work Fridays (OT)

What You'll Do
Operate rubber press machines to produce high-quality rubber seals and components
Load raw rubber into molds and remove finished parts from the press
Inspect parts for quality issues such as flash, voids, or incomplete curing
Trim excess material using hand tools or trimming equipment
Monitor machine settings, including temperature, pressure, and cycle times
Make minor machine adjustments within training guidelines
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Accurately complete production and quality records
Work with your team to meet production goals and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Previous rubber press or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform repetitive tasks with manual dexterity
Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, fumes, dust, and heavy machinery
Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
