Hyperframe manufactures steel wall framing that dramatically accelerates the speed of commercial construction. Our patented snap-together system installs 5X faster than traditional methods – almost no tools or training required. Our test factory has shipped over 50 miles of product to top contractors around the country. Now it's time to scale up production.

We're hiring a hands-on Plant Manager to own the ramp of our brand-new 57,000 sq. ft. production facility on the Columbus/Hillard border. This is a builder role — you'll be on the factory floor turning our innovative manufacturing process into high-volume reality, with the opportunity to shape operations as we scale rapidly.

What you'll own:

Full production operations and supplier coordination: hit output targets while owning safety, quality, and critical production metrics

Staffing, scheduling, training, maintenance, inventory, shipping, continuous improvement, and lean processes

Building a lean team (starting with shift leads + operators)

Driving a culture of safety, quality excellence, and data-driven decision making

Partnering directly with the CEO to scale manufacturing as we transform commercial construction

Who we're looking for:

Proven experience ramping a new manufacturing operation (metal fab or steel products strongly preferred)

Hands-on leader who rolls up sleeves and gets things done alongside the team

Strong first-principles thinker with deep knowledge of production fundamentals and tracking/measuring KPIs

Committed to owning safety and quality outcomes

Comfortable in a lean startup environment — we move fast and keep things simple

Local to Columbus, OH (on-site, full-time)
