Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Store Manager to oversee daily store operations. The Store Manager will lead the team, manage inventory, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the store operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and supervise store employees.

Create work schedules and ensure proper staffing.

Open and close the store as needed.

Manage inventory, receive shipments, and maintain stock levels.

Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.

Monitor cash handling, bank deposits, and store security.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1–2 years of retail management experience required.

Smoke shop, vape shop, or CBD retail experience is a plus.

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience with inventory management and cash handling.

Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Ability to bend, reach, squat, and stock merchandise.
