Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $75,000 - $120,000 plus bonus

Work Type: Full-time

Work Model: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm (flexible)

wThe Imagine Group is recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor on behalf of our client, one of the largest medical device contract development and manufacturing organizations in the world, serving the cardiac rhythm management, neuromodulation, and cardio and vascular markets in Minneapolis, MN

.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating facility and maintenance activities (excluding operations maintenance), including staffing, equipment, processes and structures, in a reliable and efficient manner minimizing interruption to production to support corporate goal

s.

Role & Responsibili

ty:Adheres to company values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requiremen

ts.Defines and coordinates all facilities/maintenance activities to achieve departmental and company goa

ls.Coordinates new facility construction and renovation/upgrades to existing facilities. Assist in the preparation

ofappropriate paperwork submission (CAR) for these projects and monitors projects’ progre

ss.Coordinates and oversees the work of contractors to assure schedules are met and work is comple

tedaccording to specifications and in adherence to appropriate safety procedur

es.Coordinates with EHSS representatives’ activities related to fire/security systems, weekend staffing, holiday walk-through and call-ins on off hou

rs.Executes preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility operations are not interrupt
