Senior React JS Lead with Micro-Frontends - Full Time

Location - Columbus, OH or Cincinnati, OH

Key Responsibilities

Architect MFEs: Design and maintain a modular frontend using runtime integration and decoupled deployment strategy.

Lead & Mentor: Establish engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor mid-to-senior engineers.

Collaborate: Bridge communication between Product, UX, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Core Technical Skills

MIFE Patterns: Advanced experience with Webpack 5 Module Federation, single-spa, or custom shell orchestrators.

Monorepos: Proficiency managing large-scale workspaces using Nx or Turborepo.

React Ecosystem: Mastery of React 18+, TypeScript, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit).

CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience building independent deployment pipelines for individual micro-apps.
