Job description*:

#RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements / problem statements

• Ability to perform solution design

• Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers

• Carrying out Development/upgrade/support tasks as assigned

• Reviewing functional /technical specs

• Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications

• Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities

• Provide support for estimations

• Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements

• Provide technical leadership in the development / implementation project

QUALIFICATION:

• An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred)

• Understanding in configuring and customizing JDA ESP

• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures

• Prior experience with configuration & development with JDA ESP.

#SKILL SET:

• Experience developing on Windows/Unix environment

• Experience in Pl/sql programming

• Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures

• Strong conceptual understanding in the Retail – Supply Chain Planning

• Good Knowledge on ESP.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills

• Strong Communicator

• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment

• Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships.

• Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage

• Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills

• Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable

• Prior JDA Master Planning and Fulfillment or i2 SCP implementation experience in the Retail/CPG domain would be an added advantage

#Mandatory Skills:
