We are seeking a Backend Java Developer to support a mission-critical federal modernization initiative. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications and microservices using modern Java technologies and AWS cloud services. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices.

Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS GovCloud services.

Design and implement resilient database and service architectures.

Gather, analyze, and document system requirements.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and federal stakeholders.

Create technical documentation and participate in design reviews.

Support data storage, archival, and retrieval solutions. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

3 7 years of software development experience.

Strong experience with:

Java

Spring Framework

Spring Boot

Spring Cloud

REST Services

Microservices Architecture

Experience with:

AWS Cloud

Oracle

PostgreSQL

MongoDB

DynamoDB

Elasticsearch

Kibana

S3

Redshift

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of data architecture patterns and design principles.
