Construction Site Manager

This privately held, family-owned builder/developer has operated for over 50 years and delivers $250M-$300M in annual volume. With in-house construction, development, property management, and utilities, the business is vertically integrated and well-capitalized, allowing projects to move forward without funding delays.

Lead on-site construction for multifamily projects from start to close. Manage schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnovers. Partner with project managers and field leadership. Oversee assistants during framing and punchout phases. 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily projects. Experience with $20M+ wood-frame developments. Strong knowledge of scheduling and site logistics. Clear communicator with subcontractors and inspectors. Hands-on leader who values safety and quality.

Salary range: $90,000-$110,000 plus incentive potential. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Consistent pipeline with 5-6 active projects. Long-term growth with a stable, well-funded owner.
