In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company database by collecting, verifying, and entering crucial data.

Key Responsibilities
Data Input: Accurately enter alphanumeric data from source documents into our internal database, CRM, and tracking sheets.
Verification & Auditing: Review data for deficiencies, errors, or duplicates, and resolve discrepancies by verifying information with internal teams.
File Management: Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring all records are organized, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
Data Integrity: Adhere to strict data integrity, privacy policies, and compliance standards (including PIPEDA regulations).
Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly data summaries and basic reports for management as required.
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning documents, sorting digital mail, and answering data-related queries from team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical work, or an administrative assistant role.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Excel and Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
Speed & Accuracy: Proven typing speed of at least 50–60 WPM with an exceptionally low error rate.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies and typos quickly.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bilingualism in French is a major asset in Canada).
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
