Pay Range: $31.75 - $63.04 hourly

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time options

Contract Length: 2026-2027 School Year

Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly

Requirements: Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required. 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)

Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

Conducting student assessments and progress monitoring to inform intervention strategies

Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice

Supporting school-based speech therapy and educational goals as needed
