Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator/Material Handler/Packer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities include unloading boxes from a conveyor, palletizing and shrink-wrapping shipments, operating a pallet jack, loading/unloading trailers, receiving and stocking inventory, quality checking packages, recycling packaging materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove boxes from the conveyor belt and place them on the correct pallets.

Shrink-wrap completed pallets for shipment.

Operate a pallet jack to move pallets and load/unload trailers.

Stage incoming materials for receiving and place inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Inspect packages to ensure shipping labels are accurate.

Break down cardboard and packaging materials for recycling using a box cutter.

Assist with receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, inventory, and outbound shipping.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.

Perform inventory counts and assist with warehouse operations as needed.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience required.

Experience using a pallet jack.

Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Basic math and computer skills are a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with reliable attendance.Company Description
