Job description*:

We are seeking a D365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development, customization, and deployment experience, along with exposure to Customer Insights (Real-Time Marketing) and Sales modules. This role involves building scalable CRM solutions and supporting enterprise-level deployments.

#Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions

#Configure:

Entities, forms, fields, and relationships

#Create and manage:

Plugins

Web resources

Power Automate workflows

Build and deploy enhancements and new CRM components

Design solutions based on business and technical requirements

#Work on:

D365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-time Marketing)

D365 Sales module

Develop Power Platform solutions:

Power Apps

Power Automate

Power BI (optional exposure)

Maintain applications under SLA guidelines

Support release deployments and application lifecycle management

Conduct product training sessions for business users

Ensure performance, quality, and delivery targets are met

Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
