In the Production / Manufacturing Department, we aim to ensure operational excellence by delivering high-quality products through standardized processes, continuous improvement, and strong capability development.
MISSION:
In the domain of production and process engineering,
Ensure product quality and process performance in line with defined standards and targets.
Deploy and sustain Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices within the assigned Business Unit.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and process stability.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality is a plus
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
Experience or exposure to project management and cross-functional collaboration
Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and data-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and digital tools)
Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)
Willing to be placed in Cikarang Timur, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat
Preferred:
Experience in process improvement, quality engineering, or operations
Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
Exposure to manufacturing systems or industrial standards
Internship or project experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
