Job description*:

Minimum 12 to 14 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect Finance Functional in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP Implementations Thorough understanding of the Finance Processes – End to end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management.

Strong Finance and Accounting business knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and must be able to work independently with clients, business users and various other stakeholders.

A good understanding of the D365 FO core services, AR, AP, GL, Sales & Ordering, Procurement Process, Financial reporting

Thorough understanding of Order to cash, procure to pay and finance reporting.

Ability to articulate business requirements, capabilities & competencies, product/solution features, and technology aspects.

Requirement Gathering and Leads the Fit/Gap analysis to define the solution design including to- be Tech processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach and non- functional (e.g. performance) requirements

Experience in working with Onsite/offshore model. Experience in preparing Functional Design Doc, KDD Experience in E2E deployment-Preparation of End-to-End business scenarios for SIT, UAT, Cutover Go-Live and Hypercare Takes initiative to be informed about innovations in technology, market changes, methodologies, best practices, and develops internal improvements/innovations.

Good customer communication skills and experience

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

Expertise in Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management

Solid understanding of AR, AP, GL, Financial Reporting

Experience in Solution Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Requirement Gathering

Hands-on experience in E2E implementation, UAT, Go-Live & Hypercare

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
