As an Electrical Superintendent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule while helping develop the next generation of field leaders. What You'll Do

Field Leadership & Project Execution

Provide leadership and support to Foremen and field crews across multiple projects.

Monitor jobsite progress and proactively address challenges that may impact safety, quality, productivity, or schedule.

Ensure projects are staffed appropriately and resources are utilized effectively.

Serve as the primary field liaison between project teams, project managers, and company leadership.

Safety & Quality

Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, NFPA 70E requirements, and industry best practices.

Conduct regular site visits to verify quality workmanship, housekeeping standards, and safe work practices.

Identify and resolve safety concerns and operational issues before they become project risks.

Team Development & Accountability

Coach, mentor, and develop Foremen and field personnel.

Provide constructive feedback and performance guidance to help team members succeed.

Hold Foremen accountable for company processes, project expectations, and overall job performance.

Recommend training opportunities and development plans to strengthen team capabilities.

Communication & Collaboration

Work closely with Project Managers, engineers, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with field and office teams.

Document site visits, project observations, and action items, escalating critical issues when necessary.

Stay engaged and responsive through email, phone, and other communication platforms.

Technical Expertise

Provide technical guidance and support on electrical installations, systems, and project execution.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical theory, fire alarm systems, and applicable electrical codes and standards.

Assist teams in identifying solutions to complex field challenges.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Proven success as a Journeyman Electrician and Electrical Foreman.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Effective communication skills with the ability to work professionally with employees, customers, and project stakeholders.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Proficiency with technology including tablets, smartphones, email, and construction-related software.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, electrical theory, NFPA 70E, and fire alarm systems.
