Full Charge Bookkeeper

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus overtime

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting functions for multiple clients, including financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare and file sales tax returns
Prepare unsecured property tax (571-L) forms
Assist with year-end closing and reporting
Work closely with clients and internal team members
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience (CPA firm experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
Experience with unsecured property tax and tax filings
Experience with sales tax reporting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Thomson Reuters Accounting software (a plus)
Experience using Fixed Assets CS
Prior experience working in a CPA firm environment
