Responsibilities
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities to provide personalized travel options.
Communicate professionally with clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings to answer questions and provide updates.
Prepare travel itineraries and maintain organized records of client requests and travel details.
Monitor reservations and follow up with clients to help ensure a smooth planning experience.
Stay informed about travel policies, supplier information, destination updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
