Sample Upholsterer

The sample upholsterer will gather raw materials, make patterns for foam, fiber, cardboard, and other materials as needed. The sample upholsterer will build a sample or model, complete and make changes as needed. The sample upholsterer will make sample pieces for market and complete specification sheets for costing. Sample upholsterers must have the ability to build from raw materials, stationary, recliners, lift, and motion furniture to completion. Sample Upholsterers will also perform other duties as required by supervisor.
