Your main mission will be to lead the intervention teams responsible for the maintenance of auxiliary pumps and turbines in the energy production plant. Integrated into our Field Services entity, you will be based at the La Courneuve site.

Principal Missions:

- Manage the assembly, maintenance, and repair activities on auxiliary pumps and turbines.

- Supervise maintenance work

- Update the implementation schedule

- Prepare and conduct budget reporting

- Manage contracts and subcontracting teams

- Manage client relations

- Manage disputes (culture claim) in conjunction with the Project Manager

- Manage on-site intervention personnel

- Prepare elements for the implementation of REX

- Ensure the implementation of the Arabelle Solutions Quality policy

- Know and apply all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines applicable to your profession.

- Distribute EHS tasks within your operational team and sensitize your team to the dangers of the site identified in the inventory of specific risks.

- Report all dangerous situations for yourself, others, or the environment to the competent persons as soon as possible

Profile:

Required Qualifications:

- BAC PRO to BAC+ 2 in mechanics, industrial maintenance

- Experience in the field of maintenance of rotating machines, ideally on the pump product.

- You have knowledge of the mechanics of rotating machines (pump product, bearings, vibrations, lubrication…) as well as general mechanics and material resistance.

- You master mechanical and dimensional controls, handling, and metrology.

Competencies and Qualities:

- You have a pronounced taste for the field. You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, a force of proposal, and recognized for your managerial qualities.

- Great availability in the context of frequent short and medium-term trips, weekends and holidays included, in France and abroad.

- Medical aptitude to work under ionizing radiation

- Mastery of IT tools and Office Pack (Word / Excel)

- Eligibility for the requirements in force for access to active nuclear sites

- Driving license indispensable for professional trips

Job Characteristics:

Position to be filled on a permanent basis

Located in La Courneuve

Remuneration on 13 months
