Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor robotic systems and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on robotic equipment to prevent malfunctions
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic operations
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Document operational data and report any discrepancies or equipment failures
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve robotic processes and efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience operating industrial robots or automated machinery
Strong understanding of robotics, automation systems, and manufacturing processes
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic repairs
Must have welding certification and understand FCAW welding method.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Education and Certifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with vocational or technical training in welding or automation preferred.
Certifications enhance employability, including Certified Robotic Operator (CRO), Certified Robotic Arc Welding (CRAW), Certified Robotic Welding Technician (CRWT), and manufacturer-specific certifications.
OSHA safety certification and other welding certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS) are often recommended
