WELD NUT OPERATOR
Our client in Taylor, MI is searching for a Weld Nut Operator for their facility. This position will train on 1st shift (7a-3pm) $16 per hour, before moving to a 3rd shift position (11p-7a), Monday-Friday with possible overtime, $16.45 per hour, and is contract to hire.

Operating machinery and equipment as directed; processing parts (weld, clean, package and transport)
Cleaning and other general shop tasks
Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Produce (quality and quantity) parts that meet specifications and expected output levels
Visually identify and correct deficiencies in parts produced

Communicate effectively (written and oral) with other employees and management; demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service
Work efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment with the flexibility to prioritize duties and multi-task at different levels
Equipment operated as part of the essential functions: (includes but is not limited to)
Resistance welders, hand grinding tools, forklift truck, telephone and computer and related technology.
