Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and virtual meetings.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and online inquiries professionally.
Prepare, proofread, and organize reports, forms, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate digital records and confidential information.
Assist with data entry, file management, and document organization.
Coordinate with staff, coaches, and families regarding schedules and administrative matters.
Process registrations, update participant information, and maintain databases.
Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders with vendors when necessary.
Perform other administrative duties to support daily operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, or customer service role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience using scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
