Personal Assistant & Errands Runner - FT & PT (Remote & In-Person)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant & Errands Runner to provide household support and assist with personal and family-related tasks. This position is open to candidates residing in any state within the United States who are willing and able to perform local errands and provide dependable support as needed.

The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail oriented, flexible with scheduling, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities for both the employer and children. We are looking for someone who can help make day-to-day life run smoothly by managing errands efficiently and communicating clearly.

Key Responsibilities

* Run personal and family-related errands as needed.

* Purchase groceries, household supplies, baby items, medications, and other requested items.

* Pick up and deliver packages, documents, or other household necessities.

* Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating family-related tasks.

* Support child-related errands, including purchasing children’s supplies and handling other tasks for the children when requested.

* Maintain organized records of purchases, receipts, and completed errands.

* Communicate updates promptly and professionally.

* Handle tasks with discretion, honesty, and respect for privacy.

* Be available for occasional urgent or same-day errands when possible.

Requirements

* Must reside in the United States (candidates from any U.S. state are welcome to apply).

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

* Strong organizational and time-management skills.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Trustworthy, dependable, and professional.

* Ability to multitask and work independently.

* Previous experience as a personal assistant, household assistant, delivery coordinator, or errands runner is a plus.

Employment Details

* Compensation: $25-$35/hr based on experience

* Schedule: Flexible, with availability for occasional urgent errands
