Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

What You'll Be Working On

Responsibilities

Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.

Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement.

Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor meetings.

Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure safe, high-quality execution.

Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.

Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while helping build high-performing teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.

Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, municipal, or industrial projects.

Strong financial ownership including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.

Experience leading subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
