About the Opportunity

Chrysolite Investment Management Corporation is seeking motivated, professional, and results-driven individuals for the position of:

Sales Representative

This role is designed for individuals interested in business development, relationship-building, and helping expand our company within the following divisions:

Commercial & Residential Real Estate Investment & Development

Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Capital Market Management

Business Consulting

Entrepreneur Franchise Partnership Development

The ideal candidate is confident communicating with prospective clients, generating leads, presenting company services, and helping drive company growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Assigned to Geo-Territories within the horizontal marketplace in the small business communities

Generate new business opportunities

Conduct B2B prospecting and lead generation

Schedule appointments and consultations

Follow up with prospective clients

Maintain CRM systems and pipeline activity

Present company products and services

Build and maintain professional client relationships

Support marketing and outreach campaigns

Client Relations

Communicate professionally with clients and prospects

Identify client business needs and objectives

Assist with sales presentations and consultations

Maintain follow-up and account management activities

Administrative & Operational Support

Update CRM databases and tracking systems

Coordinate scheduling and communications

Assist with reporting and pipeline management

Support business development campaigns and initiatives

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Sales or business development experience preferred

Customer service or client relations experience preferred

Strong communication and presentation skills

CRM or sales pipeline experience preferred

Real estate, finance, investment, or consulting background is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Typical Business Hours

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Additional flexibility may be required based on client schedules and business activity.
