Job Captain - 4 Day Work Week!

4 day work week (onsite in Redlands or San Dimas office)

Full-time/Permanent

We are an established multi-disciplined firm primarily focused on Southern California TK-12 educational design. You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.

Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for the preparation of Construction Documents.

Work closely with the Project Manager to create drawings from written and verbal directions for design/planning exhibits.

Responsible for assisting the project team with the production and/or revision of the drawings, including program compliance; code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research.

Review the project schedule and provide any feedback on document production time frames as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture

DSA experience is a plus

Strong Revit/AutoCAD experience

Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents

Communication and interpersonal skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop
