Receiving and prioritizing of incoming orders (Agents/Uncontrolled/Transit/etc.)

Pull upcoming orders via SCP Open list and prioritize

Document pull from E-file and document completion and correctness check

Able to read, write, translate and communicate accurately in business Japanese language.

May require occasional basic discussions in Japanese (both written and verbal).

Data pull and file completion in forwarding system

Ensure data completeness and correctness in forwarding system

Communication with Customer Service, Panalpina export houses/Agents

Paying attention to customer specific instructions (given in general, instruction sheets or on

specific shipments)

report irregularities in Incident Handling Tool (IHT)

Escalation of irregularities to Customer Service / Manager

Quality and compliance responsibilities under IMS / attention given to predetermined

processes, SOPs

Be the first point of contact for process experts on inquiries about the process

Work under the direction of superiors

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English

At least JLPT 3
