Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications

Ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations

Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook

Knowledge of cooking techniques and methods

Ability to follow recipes and menu specifications

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

High school diploma or equivalent
