Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook fried menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked safely and consistently.
Maintain oil quality by following established filtering and replacement procedures.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Keep the fry station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures.
Experience using kitchen utensils and equipment.
