Responsibilities:

Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents

Schedule IMEs

Draft subpoenas

Draft Answers to Complaints, Interrogatories

Draft Arbitration Packages/Trial Binders

Client Contact/Interaction

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paralegal in the insurance defense field

Ability to prioritize, think independently and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deadline and detail-oriented
