### Business Development Trainee (4 Positions)
About the Role
Burgeon IT Services is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Trainees who are eager to build a career in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Staffing Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global business development and recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and market research.
Support client outreach and schedule meetings with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.
Assist in identifying staffing and recruitment opportunities across IT and Non-IT sectors.
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
Follow up with prospective clients and support proposal submissions.
Participate in client onboarding and relationship-building activities.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in Sales, Recruitment, and Business Development
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking
Ability to learn CRM tools and lead generation techniques
Self-driven attitude with a willingness to grow
