Project Manager - Datacenter Construction - Atlanta

**Project Manager – Mission-Critical Construction Atlanta, GA**

We’re partnering with a leading general contractor specializing in complex, high-stakes builds to hire an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in datacenter or large commercial construction. This role requires deep expertise in MEP systems and a sharp eye for managing schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams on fast-paced, technically demanding projects.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead end-to-end project execution on large commercial or datacenter builds from preconstruction through closeout

- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors with a focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes

- Collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers to deliver milestone results under tight timelines

- Manage procurement, RFIs, change orders, and cost control processes

- Ensure all safety and QA/QC protocols are followed on-site

- Mentor assistant PMs and project engineers to develop the next generation of leaders

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of PM experience in mission-critical, datacenter, or large commercial construction

- Deep knowledge of MEP systems and field coordination

- Strong technical skills—scheduling, budgeting, and constructability reviews

- Excellent leadership and communication abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Location: Atlanta, GA – Local presence or relocation required

Travel: Limited, project-based
