Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects within the municipal, government, education, and public sectors. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.

Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.

Provide technical expertise and support to project teams.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Foster a culture of safety and quality on all project sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in municipal, government, education, and public projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
