This leader will oversee full project lifecycle execution — from preconstruction through closeout — while driving safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction on complex projects typically $7M+.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing electrical scopes on fast paced, technically demanding builds and thrives in a national contractor environment where consistency, communication, and operational excellence are non negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

Lead all phases of electrical construction projects ranging from $7M to $50M+

Develop and manage project schedules, manpower plans, procurement strategies, and logistics

Oversee installation of complex electrical systems including medium voltage, distribution, lighting, grounding, controls, and mission critical infrastructure

Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, QA/QC standards, and company best practices

Financial & Contract Management

Own project P&L, forecasting, cost tracking, and margin protection

Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements

Manage procurement of major equipment, long lead items, and subcontractor scopes

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Serve as primary point of contact for owners, GCs, engineers, and trade partners

Lead OAC meetings, progress reviews, and project reporting

Build strong relationships that support repeat business and long term partnerships

Team Leadership

Mentor and direct project engineers, assistant PMs, and field leadership

Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient field operations

Promote a culture of accountability, communication, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required

7–10+ years of electrical construction project management experience

Proven success managing $7M+ electrical projects

Background in industrial, large commercial, data center, or manufacturing environments

Strong understanding of electrical systems, MEP coordination, and mission critical infrastructure

Experience with scheduling software (P6, MS Project) and construction platforms (Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam)

Ability to lead multiple teams and stakeholders across complex, fast track projects

Preferred

Experience with hyperscale or enterprise data centers

Medium voltage and heavy MEP coordination experience

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

PMP or similar certification

What We Offer
